Result: Despite the prosecutor’s recommendation of a guilty finding and a period of probation, able to convince Judge to adopt the defense recommendation of a CWOF in order to ultimately get the case dismissed.

Result: Dismissed. Field a Motion to Dismiss at the trial readiness conference on behalf of client.

Charge: Distribution Class A (heroin), Possession with intent to Distribute Class A (heroin), School Zone Violation
Result: Filed Motion to Dismiss School Zone enhancement which was allowed after demonstrating police made error in applying for charge. Remaining felony charges were continued without a finding of guilt (CWOF) over the Government’s objection.

Result: After informing prosecutor of intent to file pre-trial motions, able to negotiate dismissal of Felony charge and a short CWOF on misdemeanor charge of Simple Possession of Cocaine
